Le Jardin Switzerland is a brand name and trading identity only. The products sold on this site are manufactured by an independent white-label supplier that holds the relevant accreditations and certifications for the products it produces (including Ecocert COSMOS Natural certification); we market and resell these products under our own branding. “Le Jardin Switzerland”, “The Hair Multiplier” and “7-Stem Concentrate” are trading names and branding only: they are not registered trademarks in the United States or elsewhere, and no registered trademark rights are claimed. We are based in the United States and operate remotely, without a physical office or retail location. All correspondence goes through hello@lejardinswitzerland.shop.

3. Cosmetic products

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical treatment, show the ingredient list to your doctor before use.

4. Packaging variations

Because our products come from a white-label supplier and stock is limited, packaging and label design may vary between batches. The product photos on this site are illustrative: the bottle you receive may differ slightly in design. The formulation itself does not change, and such variations do not constitute a defect.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices, offers and product details may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud or stock shortage — you are refunded in full in that case.

6. Promotional prices — final sale

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support; a reminder email is sent 3 days before each renewal.

9. Branding and intellectual property

The texts, images and page designs of this site may not be reproduced without written permission. The names and logos used on this site are unregistered trading names used for branding purposes only — they are not registered trademarks, and Le Jardin Switzerland claims no registered trademark rights in them. 10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
